On August 26th, 2011, the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands Financial Services Division (the "Court"), ruled against the independent directors of the Weavering Macro Fixed Income Fund (the "Fund") and ordered them to pay damages of $111 million dollars.  Laura Hatfield, Paul Scrivener and Kay Carter will discuss the implications of this judgement.
