Carla joined Bedell Cristin in August 2023 as a Paralegal in the International Private Client department where she provides legal assistance to Andrew Miller, Daniel Altneu, Fraser Allister and Sophie McKenzie.
She assists with Private Client Services for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals/families as well as matters pertaining to wills, trusts, probate and administration of estates, immigration, and residency.
Carla has experience in EU Law, Compliance Management, International Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Antitrust Law, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Funds & Investment Structures, International Shipping Law, Employment Law, and Real Estate Transactions.
Before joining Bedell Cristin, she was a Paralegal with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in London for 12 years where she worked in the Funds, Real Estate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Antitrust & Litigation Departments.
