Timur is a senior associate in our financial services law team based in Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm in July 2023, Timur worked with Debevoise and Plimpton LLP in London and in Moscow for almost 12 years where he advised global clients on a full spectrum of high value international capital markets (debt and equity) transactions, including IPOs, SPOs and Eurobond offerings with listing on the London Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, Euronext and other major international stock exchanges. Timur also has considerable experience in complex liability management, corporate governance and public M&A matters.
Timur advises on a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
