Tom joined Bedell Cristin in July 2023 as an associate specialising in banking and finance, corporate, commercial, funds & investment structures and regulatory & compliance.
He qualified in the UK in September 2018 and, prior to making the move offshore, gained experience working for the likes of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Speechly Bircham LLP and Steele Raymond LLP.
Tom is based in Bedell Cristin's Jersey office however he has experience living and practising in the BVI so he continues to advise clients on BVI matters as well as those concerning Jersey law.
Tom graduated from Surrey University with a 2:1 LLB Law Degree and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with the University of Law Guildford.
