Bedell Cristin is not registered under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law, 1998, the Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration, Businesses and Company Directors, etc (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 or the Company Management Act 1990 of the BVI (together the "Trust Company Legislation") and does not conduct trust company business. Where, in the course of our acting for you, it is necessary to undertake a service which falls within the scope of any of the Trust Company Legislation, such as the formation of a company or limited partnership, we may use the services of any company that is registered under the Trust Company Legislation to provide such services and the fees of such service provider will be shown as a disbursement on our invoice.

Bedell Cristin is not authorised by the Financial Services Authority of the United Kingdom for any purpose. Bedell Cristin is registered with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission as a prescribed business for the purposes of the Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Legal Professionals, Accountants and Estate Agents) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Regulations, 2008.
