Tom graduated with a BA in French and Spanish from Bristol University and qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007. He trained with the niche London litigation law firm of Robin Simon until 2007, when he joined Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP as an Associate. He specialized in defending claims pursued against professionals in the construction and engineering industries. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
During his career in London, Tom gained invaluable experience of high value litigation in the High Court of England and Wales, as well as of the alternative dispute resolution procedures favored in that jurisdiction, including mediation and arbitration.
Tom joined Solomon Harris and was admitted as a Cayman Islands Attorney-at-Law in January 2012. He is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Corporate Restructuring practice, working for Laura Hatfield.
